Coordinated Intake

The DeKalb ROE houses Coordinated Intake for Home Visiting utilizing the Integrated Referral and Intake System (IRIS). Coordinated Intake for Home Visiting is a single-entry point for referring any family to a home visiting program in DeKalb County. There are four available home visiting programs and two doula programs with different eligibility – the Community Navigator can connect families to the most appropriate home visiting program.
