Fingerprinting Background Checks
We are a FIRM Systems Vendor, Livescan Fingerprinting & Background Services.
We provide fingerprinting for DeKalb County schools, healthcare facilities, IL Concealed Carry, DeKalb County liquor licenses, and IL Gaming, Professional Licensing, etc.
Fingerprinting is performed by appointment only. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9-11:45 a.m / 1:00-3:45 p.m.
Must bring:
- Valid driver’s license or state issued photo ID in order to be fingerprinted. A photo of an ID is not acceptable.
- A completed Fingerprint Authorization Form. Some forms are supplied by the ROE at the time of service.
- Payment (if required) is by cash, check or a credit card [we do not accept American Express]
- Cost varies and is [non-refundable]
- Non-education fingerprinting (concealed carry, professional licensing, etc) cost $58
- Healthcare worker and UCIA fingerprinting is $37.00
- Fingerprint Card is $20 for first copy and $5 for every copy after. Your card will be mailed to you and is not available at the time of Fingerprint.
- We are unable to fingerprint for some types of licenses and permits, WE DO NOT FINGERPRINT FOR DCFS Childcare, Adoption, Foster parents, TSA or other government entities. Please contact our office with questions (815) 217-0460.
