The Success Team is connecting with students and families with identified barriers to school attendance, such as truancy, chronic absenteeism, and tardies. The goal is to decrease those barriers at school and home by providing the tools and resources they need for school and life success.

Success Community Support Services
The ROE offers community support services to help students and families feel supported and connected to helpful resources. If your family is experiencing challenges that may affect your child’s attendance or participation in school, our team is here to help. We work alongside schools and community partners to connect families with support. If you would like assistance, please complete the referral form and someone from our team will reach out.

How can Success Community Support Services help?
Our team can help with:
- Referrals (childcare, medical, dental, mental health, youth mentoring, and other community resources)
- School supplies and support with school registration process
- Educational support for families with inadequate housing
- Supports for young children ages 0-5 (developmental screenings, childcare referrals, home visiting, and parent play groups, etc.)
