Join us as we explore this book and discuss “equity, access and the quest to be who our students need us to be”. We will explore ways of authentically listening to students and how to meet them where they are. Cornelius Minor identifies tools, attributes, and strategies that can help implement these practices, allowing us to make powerful moves toward equity by broadening access to learning for all children. Chapters will be assigned as reading prior to each meeting time. One registration for all of the dates: 10/20, 10/25, 10/27 at 4:30-6:30PM The first session (Oct. 18) will be at ROE Conference Room West, and the following 3 sessions will be held virtually. Registration cost includes a copy of the book.
