What we do
Educational consultants provide professional development across the county by hosting workshops at the Regional Office of Education on various topics for educators. In keeping with the Professional Development Team’s vision, the consultants also work closely with schools to provide embedded and sustained professional development through instructional coaching and facilitation of county-wide communities of practice. In conjunction with the Illinois State Board of Education and the Statewide Framework for Success, the DeKalb County ROE is an approved Learning Partner, and supports districts throughout the county to meet the goals of their School Improvement Plan.
