Refocus and Refresh: Personalized Coaching through Reflective Practice

This coaching-centered professional learning opportunity is designed for educators who have recently completed their first or second year of teaching, spanning grades K–12. The goal is to provide personalized coaching support by guiding teachers through intentional reflection on their school year. Participants will engage in a reflection prior to the first session to identify areas of strength, growth, and challenge. Each teacher will meet virtually for an initial one-on-one session (1 HR) to select a coaching focus aligned with their individual needs and goals.

This session serves as the launchpad for an additional coaching session (1 HR) for an experience tailored to the teacher’s chosen area, such as classroom management, lesson planning, student engagement, differentiation, or self-care and sustainability.
