This workshop is Day 2 of the Foundations of Mentoring as started in October. Continued practice using mentor language. Learn the coaching cycle in order to observe and give feedback to new teachers. Tips on how to focus on student learning and engage in challenging conversations. Participants from Sandwich, Hiawatha, and KEC are already registered. All are welcome.
