Foundations of Mentoring a New Teacher

New teachers need support in order to be most effective with their students early in their careers and to promote retention and professional growth. Learn the foundations of mentoring a new teacher. This workshop is led by experienced mentors and based on the Induction for 21st Century Educators mentor training. The skills learned in this workshop contribute to an overall collaborative culture in a school.

All districts welcome to attend. Mentors from Hiawatha 426, Sandwich 430, and Kishwaukee Education Consortium are already enrolled and should not register here. Light breakfast and lunch provided.
