Phil Chalmers, author of Inside the Mind of a Teen Killer, will address the causes, warning signs and triggers of teen killers, school shooters, mass murderers and serial killers. He will discuss dozens of cases and display hundreds of crime scene photos and videos, teaching attendees not only what makes killers tick, but also how to stop them. Chalmers has talked directly with the murderers and the investigators to get a first-person perspective. Topics also include dangerous youth culture, gangs, cults and crime prevention, and safety.
Educators, administrators, counselors, social workers, and community social service agencies are invited to join law enforcement in attendance.
