Investigating Agriculture, Food, and Climate (2025 Summer Ag Institute)

Monday, June 16, 2025

How is climate change impacting farmers? What are farmers, scientists, and agribusinesses doing to ensure our food supply in the face of droughts and other weather disasters? What is Climate Smart Agriculture? How can today’s students prepare for careers addressing sustainability challenges? Through farm and business tours, expert speakers, and ag literacy resources, teachers will gather tools to broaden student understanding of local farming, the larger ag industry, and how both impact our daily lives. Our SAI is open to K-12 teachers.
