The Annual Kindergarten Readiness Forum is a way to inform our community on the state of Kindergarten Readiness in DeKalb County. This event is meant for early childhood providers/educators, community service agencies, policy changers, decision makers, parents, and community members! We all have a part in preparing your youngest learners for Kindergarten and life success! This year’s community forum will feature special speakers Lisa Gorchels and Dahlia Roman as they talk about the importance of play in child development. We will look at our community KIDS data and next steps for supporting equitable access to quality learning opportunities for our children.
