Enjoy the lighter side of life and take time to laugh because these things are good for you!! Learn about the physical and psychological benefits of laughter and ways to build emotional habits that keep you smiling. The workshop will include Laughter Yoga exercises, which can be done in casual or professional clothes. Join in light hearted fun while learning ways to build positive emotional habits and cultivate joy in your daily life. This workshop will be led by Emily Hummel, LMFT, a psycho therapist at NM Foxpointe Behavioral Services in Sycamore and also a Laughter Yoga Instructor.
