These promotions typically feature a woman in a yoga pose looking full of bliss, or children all peacefully doing breathing exercises on yoga mats at school. Is this reality? Let’s talk! Join Adventure Works’ Associate Director, Kim Hinzy, LCSW,  to learn practical strategies to bring mindfulness into your classroom and daily life as a means to reduce stress, anxiety, and improve your overall sense of wellbeing. In true Adventure Works style, this session will be part didactic, part experiential so please come prepared to engage, share, and find your own path to mindfulness.
