Motivating Reluctant Learners (Grades 6-8) CANCELLED

Reluctant learners need to be both challenged and supported if they are to develop the self-efficacy they need to take risks and succeed. Educators will understand that motivating our most reluctant learners means that we have to lead with our heart over head. We will discuss five strategies around questioning, listening and choice that support educators to win over middle-school students.
