Participants will explore elementary student engagement through classroom management models, classroom culture-building strategies, and inquiry-based approaches to teaching content. Students need what will support them individually succeed. Building deeper teacher/student relationships, cultivating student-to-student engagement, and giving students choice and ownership are a few ways to establish individualized learning.
