Using brain breaks in the classroom is both essential and doable. These short breaks encourage the brain to become more engaged by using small bouts of mind/body challenges. Brain breaks have been proven to improve cognitive skills, increase brain activity and encourage social and emotional growth. They can also be a way to know your students in a different way. Join us as we explore some new ideas for brain breaks.
