SEL Foundations of Leadership: Harnessing Your Own Social Emotional Competencies to Be Your Best Self & Serve Your School Community

Thursday, June 6, 2024

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Everyone who impacts others is a leader. From that perspective of leadership, this day-long workshop will transform your leadership through social, emotional, and character development experiences focused on both the “me” and “we” lens: being your best self and creating spaces for others to be their best selves through application of the SEL competencies and frameworks. We will create new awareness that leads to intentional, positive actions for both yourself and the other stakeholders in your school communities. We will help you understand how to create a community of internally motivated individuals who engage in their own growth and learning through the ABCs: Autonomy (empowered voice and choice); Belonging and Relationships; and Competence (strength based craftsmanship).
